I was appalled by the lack of wi-fi, being stuck at 0.2mps is unforgivable. The bar service is shockingly slow, they need to hire more staff. I nearly received a welcome gift but I didn't. With my expectations, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. Am I a gold member or something?

I had spotlessly clean and huge room with large bathroom. I found the hotel's location great and lovely, short walk to restaurants, bars, river, the airport, and the city centre where all the restaurants: )

I enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast with American pancakes that were just to die for! The room was clean and the bed seemed like sleeping on clouds. Plus, the location let me stroll right along the river!

The shower's temperature was tricky, with no middle ground-just scalding or chilly. And the pool could use a bit more love. I spotted some leaves floating around.

The hotel is tidy, relaxing and has marvellous and beautiful location to Bayonne city center. The room is silent and budget, comes with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom plus TV. The venue staff is welcoming and nice. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Modern and stylish room, with an comfy bed. Absolutely adored the helpful staff for my late check-in!

Wi-Fi connectivity was frustrating, causing interruptions when trying to stay connected. Limited food options on-site disappointed those of us seeking a late-night meal.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Excellent location, short walk to the centre with lots of history and beautiful buildings, great for shopping or just sight seeing, having a coffee and watching the world go by.

The location was excellent as we came to see the rugby. The ground was 5 minutes away with an excellent restaurant on the way!

The room was rather small but we will stay again in a bigger room-now that we know. The mirror by the side of the bed was strange. Do I really look like that in the morning?!
